Delivery
Products are sent UPS Ground. Products will be shipped within 2 business days of your order.

Exchange
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange of goods at the present time.

Ordering On-Line
After you have entered your purchase details and credit card details and clicked "ADD to BAG" your order begins to process and online changes cannot be made to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please email orders@INSTA-hem.com.

Returns
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase from INSTA-hem™. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or replacement returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of goods. Please email orders@INSTA-hem.com for instructions.
